Refunds & Transfers
There are no refunds for any reason. You may do a one time transfer of your registration to a future race within 1 year or to another racer. A $15 fee along with any difference in registration costs will be charged to transfer. The deadline for transfers is 30 days out from race day. No transfers will be accepted after this date. All racer swag orders are due by this date.

To update/change your registration go to the RMS race calendar page and click on the UPDATE INFO button under the appropriate race. Enter your confirmation # and DOB, then click the desired option.
Love Rox Half Marathon & 10k has a separate cancellation policy due to the nature of the event being in the winter time and subject to a higher risk of snow, sleet, ice, etc. If there is a cancelation of this event, there will be a 24hour notification given on Friday by 10am before race day. Due to the high cost of pre race planning expenses ( all shirts and half marathon finisher medals can still be picked up ) and event production, there will be a 50% discount code available to racers for the following year.
Category Changes & Swim time edits
Racers who want to change categories within the same event (ex. from individual to aquabike or relay team) may do so before online registration closes at no additional cost. Category changes after online registration closes may be done in person at packet pick-up for an additional fee of $10 along with any difference in category costs.

Weather Policy
The events will go on rain or shine. In the case of thunder, lightening, fog, or any other temporary unsafe condition, expect a delay of start. There will be no delay for rain alone. We will do everything in our power to have the swim portion of the triathlons; however, safety is #1. Mother Nature and our planet is respected, not controlled, nor ignored. Decisions on cancelations or delays will not be made until race day with a target of 1 hour before race start, undertand that RMS will do our best to assure the safest decision.
